Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

• Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length, original research papers to ICAIML-AE 2026. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work is original and has not been published or submitted for review elsewhere. Submissions violating this policy may be rejected without review.
• Maximum paper length: 10 pages (including figures, tables, and references)
• Accepted formats: PDF / DOC / DOCX
• Maximum file size: 10 MB
• Manuscripts must be prepared using the Springer conference proceedings template
• The submitted PDF must not contain any document protection or security restrictions, including password protection or editing locks.

Peer Review Process

ICAIML-AE 2026 follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure high standards of academic quality and integrity.

1. Initial Screening: 1.All submissions undergo an initial similarity and compliance check. Papers exceeding the acceptable similarity threshold (10% including references and all sources) or violating ethical policies may be rejected without external review. Papers found to be plagiarized at any stage may be rejected or retracted.
2. Reviewer Assignment: Submissions that pass the initial screening are assigned to a minimum of three independent reviewers with relevant expertise, drawn from the Program Committee and external experts.
3. Double-Blind Review:

   Reviewers evaluate submissions based on:

   • Originality and significance
   • Technical quality and soundness
   • Relevance to conference themes
   • Clarity and organization
   • Contribution to the field
4. Reviewer Feedback: Reviewers provide detailed comments and recommendations: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject.
5. Decision Making: 5.Final decisions are made by the Program Chairs based on reviewer reports. In case of conflicting reviews, additional expert input may be sought.
6. Revision and Resubmission: Authors of revision papers must submit revised manuscripts within the specified timeline, addressing all reviewer comments.
7. Final Acceptance and Notification: Accepted papers are notified to the authors, and the final camera-ready version is requested for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Authors must ensure compliance with formatting and copyright requirements.
