  • Payment first, then Registration Form
  • Only the presenting author must register
  • One registration is required per accepted paper
  • Non-presenting co-authors need not register
  • Only registered and presented papers will be considered for publication
  • Only the presenting author will receive the Presentation Certificate
  • All registered participants will receive an e-Certificate
  • Hard copy certificate only for offline presenters
  • Participants/listeners are not eligible for publication
  • Fees are inclusive of GST
  • Registration fee is non-refundable

Payment Instructions for Indian Authors / Participants

Step 1 – Open the Payment Portal (Go to: https://learner.vupune.ac.in/events )
Or click PROCEED TO PAYMENT

Step 2 – Create an Account

  • Click “Sign Up” if you are a new user.
  • Enter your details and complete the registration.
  • Please remember your login credentials for future access.

Step 3 – Log In and Select the Conference

  • Log in using the same link.
  • Click “Pay Event Fees”.
  • Under Organizing Institute, select VU, Pune.
  • Under Event, select:
  • International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Agro-Ecosystems (ICAIML-AE 2026)
  • Enter the applicable registration fee as per your category.
  • Click “Pay”.

Step 4 – Make the Payment

  • Select “PAY BY EASEBUZZ”.
  • Complete the payment using the available options such as Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.

Step 5 – Save Your Payment Proof

  • After successful payment, download and save your payment receipt.
  • This payment proof will be required while filling out the registration form.

Step 2 – Initiate NEFT / International Wire Transfer

  • Visit your bank or use your bank’s online transfer facility.
  • Choose NEFT / International Wire Transfer.
  • Enter the bank account details exactly as provided above.
  • Enter the applicable registration fee amount in USD.
  • In the Remarks / Payment Reference field, mention:
    • Your Full Name
    • Paper ID
    • “ICAIML-AE 2026 Registration”

Step 3 – Pay Applicable Bank Charges

  • Please ensure that all bank transfer charges are borne by the sender so that the full registration amount is credited to the conference account.
  • If available, select the “OUR” option while making the transfer.

Step 4 – Save Your Payment Proof

After completing the transfer, save the following:

  • Transaction Reference Number
  • Payment Confirmation Slip / Screenshot

This proof of payment will be required while filling out the registration form.

Registration Guidelines

  • Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Student registrations require valid institutional ID proof.
  • Any applicable transaction or payment gateway charges must be borne by the participant.
  • Confirmation email will be sent after payment verification.
